The Distri'Crêpes is not content to be more efficient, it also becomes the companion of the cook, the pastry chef or the Pizzaiolo! Its new design gives it many advantages such as a suitable size for cookware and bakery / pastry countertops. It easily goes from pancake dough to pastry making through the tomato sauce of the pizza.
EQUIPMENT
- A food-grade stainless steel AISI 304 tank with a capacity of 4.5 L
- An electronic counter allowing control of the number of pancakes made
- A stainless steel dosing handle to adjust the desired amount of dough
- An electronic thermometer to control the temperature of the dough
- A white plastic filler cap
- 2 eutectic plates, to be positioned in the bowl in order to keep the dough at less than 8 °
- An articulated stainless steel arm to fix the dispenser and rotate it
- A stainless steel plate to put on a worktop, with a sliding rail, which can accommodate the dispenser and up to 2 crepe makers of 40 cm
