Une option végétarienne riche en protéines !
Préparez une marinade avec de la sauce soja et du jus de citron. Faites mariner des dés de tofu dedans que vous placez ensuite au grill rapidement, juste le temps de leur donner un petit côté grillé. Placez sur la crêpe avec des légumes que vous aurez fait revenir rapidement (poivrons, courgettes, carottes…).
Pour plus de croquant, parsemez de graines de courge ou de sésame.

Mélangez les algues et le sésame et ajoutez ce mélange à la farine de sarrasin pour préparer la pâte à crêpe. Faites ensuite cuire les galettes. Vous pouvez accompagner d’une salade de chou rouge, carottes, pommes, gingembre râpé, sauce soja et huile de noix.
