André Sala has a motto: Innovation is unpredictable; it wakes the craving that lies dormant. With 20 years of his life dedicated to crepes, André Sala, inventor and international awarded winner in the food sector, came up with the "Crêpes de France" concept. His goal is to innovate and satisfy the needs of both professional caterers and consumers who are looking for fast food in accordance with pleasure, nutrition and quality.
